Do your employees find grocery shopping a stressful situation? SHOP SMARTER 101 is a fast paced and informational class on how to enjoy navigating the grocery store aisles. Your employees will learn how to choose the best food items and get tips on how to prepare quality foods at home. They will leave with the following in their grocery cart:
- A list of what not to buy at the grocery store
- The know-how to read packaging labels
- The inside on which oils are best for your health
- The healthful news on the best organic purchases.
Employees can plan on leaving with grocery
ideas that meet their menu, not their cravings.

SHOP SMARTER 201
KitchenWerks builds on its popular SHOP SMARTER 101 class by offering your employees an in-depth look at specific foods that will take meals from tasteless to inspired! They will learn how to select the very best produce, meat, cheeses and oils from their favorite grocery store shelves. They will also have the following in their grocery cart:
- The bait to catch the freshest fish, shrimp, and scallops
- Tips on how to store your groceries once at home for maximum shelf life
- Money saving advice on how to prevent freezer burn
- Advice for when you go for organic.
Employees can plan on being inspired!
Each SHOP SMARTER class runs 60-75 minutes and is designed for groups large and small.
