Following her restaurant career, she spent 18 years with Dayton's/Marshall Field's/Macy's honing her kitchen and gourmet prowess as a buyer ultimately becoming the Marketplace Director of Operations creating the Marketplace deli experience we know and love today. Stacy is naturally organized and professional in everything she does.
